My complaint:

All Parties involved agents Senorita, Charm, Ben, and Jarvan

I have had a bad experience with lies false information misinformation lack of information and appropriate assistance from the agent Seniorita and Charm to requesting a supervisor. I was told I can’t speak to a supervisor from Charm to getting transferred to one finally who’s name was Ben that couldn’t verify they was a supervisor though I was told they are one . I requested the supervisor to email me so I don’t use international minutes to not run my phone bill up and to time stamp conversations for future reference was told from the so called supervisor they don’t send emails which was a lie. Between conversation with Senorita and Chsrm 7 hours are passing before a response time is lapsing my phone bill with international calls are running up I’m being passed from Seniorita to charm then charm to her so called supervisor ben which was never documented in the notes from Ben back to charm from chsrm to Jarvan and still couldn’t book the flight date which was changing due to lapse in time regarding the schedule to my friends and the time they can drop me off to the Abu Dhabi airport. I requested an investigation to take place because Seniorita gave false information regarding my flight details seating change of flight and ticket info penalty fees. I was told from the last person I was sent to communicate with which is Jarvan the 4th person that I would have to pay the penalty fee after being told from Senorita that if I contacted asap 48 hours in advance I would not have to pay a difference which was a lie. Jarvan said if I wanted to fly on December 30 2022 I would have to pay a penalty fee of $200 another flight fee of $198 and baggage fees for two bags of luggage that I wasn’t charge for coming after booking with Seniorita. As a result I lost time at work and with my family that prevented me from attending to my responsibilities and obligations causing me trouble at work and important appointments with my child who is 9 years old after speaking with someone for five days starting in December 25 which was 48 hours in advance before my flight December 27 based on what Senorita informed me. I was at the airport two hours in advance and was told I could t board which led to me not boarding. Senorita then stated she would contact me back so that I don’t get a no show penalty which then led to me emailing and being sent to Senorita to charm to a supervisor name ben then back to charm then to Jarvan causing time to pass creating more fees of $498 plus luggage for two duffel bags. I am still awaiting an investigation my return ticket isn’t booked I have been calling using international minutes my bill will be very expensive and today is the 29th. I wanted to leave the 29 and that was subject to change due to the schedule of others I am residing with respect to their schedule and obligations of timing then I wanted to change to the 30th after making arrangements and in order for me to get the 30th I will have to pay $498 plus 2 bags instead of the $200 from

Suggested solution:

Discount on hardship in which I lost my family time, money, and could not fulfil my responsibilities and obligations. As a result, I have also lost time of work and patience. This all in return, has created mental anguish.
