ASAP Tickets complaint: Did not avail the ticket I purchased sometime April,2022

My complaint:

I am supposed to leave Orlando International Airport Oct. 12, 2022 via American Airlines (AA 880) to LAX, CA heading to the Philippines under flight PR 113. My trip was a disaster. This is my very first trip after 4 years due to the pandemic we had. I could have used other airline but I chose to use Philippine Airlines with American Airlines. My trip was ed before I left home. When I reached the counter, AA representative told me that I should contact where I bought my ticket (ASAP) because they couldn’t see Philippine Airlines on their system. I had to leave the line so I called ASAP tickets telling them my problem. I am running out of time because my flight is supposed to be at 8:00am instead I have to go back and forth to the ticket line and I missed my flight. This could have been resolved before my 8:00am flight had ASAP assisted me and talking with the AA ticket rep. explaining that PAL (PR 113) is my connecting flight and has got nothing to do with American Airlines. And guess what, I wasn’t able to get in my 8:00am flight. The trouble and shame this gave me is very unforgiving. I paid $3,919.57 under ticket number 0797751757824 for my first business class trip, since I missed the flight, I am forced to get another flight on the same day and paid $470.00 for a new ticket 0797857591350 and the worst thing I got economy class instead of business class. What a shame and devastating they put me in and I deserved to be refunded from my previous payment. I was so tired my back hurts from going back and forth carrying my heavy luggage’s even paid $100 extra for my luggage with PAL. I have been traveling before and this is my very first time I encountered this poor service I got. I am going back on Jan. 12, I need a concrete answer on this before I make my legal help on this. They should give me back the difference on the payments I made. I contacted ASAP customer support twice their names are Ferry her number is 1-877-453-0552 and Yanna. Both said they are going to file an investigation 24-48 hrs I should be receiving an email. Up to now, no emails, no answers from ASAP. I want an immediate action on this before Jan. 10, 2023.
