My complaint:

I had received an email to state that my emirates flight had been cancelled due to corna. I spoke to a person named Zackery who stated that he would will email customer services so that my refund can be processed. Its been 3 months I have spoken to at least 5 other agents I plan to travel in August and would like to have a full refund as i dont want to book with them anymore as the manager Klay did not respond to another complaint regarding their practices and how they discriminate when it come to the verification process when visiting certain countries. At this point i would accept a credit note if it means the process will be quicker but that option is not getting me very far either. I understand that everything is at a stand still but i have spoken with other people in similar situation and they had their money refunded a few weeks later so why is ASAP tickets choosing to hold onto our money especially when it has not been sent over to Emirates airline as I have spoken to their customer services who said its not with them?? I want my refund in to be credited asap!!!!

Suggested solution:

Refund my money asap!! or use the credit note towards my flight in August 2020.
