ASAP Tickets complaint: Bait and switch on travel protection program and they expect a tip

My complaint:

Was totally deceived by are service agent when they advised for us to buy travel protection that would protect us if we cancel the trip. In reality we need protection from ASAP themselves.
We were unable to see the terms and conditions until after we bought our tickets.
Once purchased. They provide you with the terms and conditions. You will still pay all the airline fees if you make a claim and ASAP ONLY WAIVES THEIR FEES. Tried to contact them immediately after receiving the terms. However when you call their so called customer service, they say you can only talk to the person who booked your flight. Of course they are unreachable because they are preying on their next victim.

They also tried to add a 35.00 gratuity for the agent to my invoice but I changed it to $0.00.

After calling and getting hung up on several times, I filed a dispute with my credit card to seek a refund for the travel protection.

If you do any business with this company after reading my review you are a total idiot and deserve to get taken advantage by ASAP.

Suggested solution:

Provide me a full refund for the travel care in the amount of $179.85.
