My complaint:

I’ve been getting the runaround since I bought my ticket with the agent called Armstrong I was lied to about the insurance it wasn’t what they said covert shut down the Philippines so I could not get in I called the airlines they were willing to refund me my ticket because I was not allowed in country ASAP with the help of Armstrong and all their other agents bounce me around for six and a half months alls I got was I’m getting a refund I’m not getting a refund you can’t have a refund we’re going to exchange your ticket we’re going to give you a new ticket then they gave me the agent Bishop who tried giving me these 13-hour layover was in 15 hour layovers and I said I would not accept that tried telling me this was my fault.

I explained to him I have all the emails I have all the voice messages and all the text messages of all the different agents I have talked to and have sent me emails and no one will help me they just kept passing me around passing me around I lost the money on the insurance I was carrying I lost my paid seats that I had because that’s all non-refundable and they just did it to me again I have a flight I don’t have a flight I have a flight this time they sent me numbers and letters no attinerary and they said this is all we can do right now and I have the agent’s name here that sent me these three emails and me send an emails back saying you need to call me I can’t understand this I want a regular itinerary and I was told we can’t do this so now I’m told I have a 13 and a half hour layover in LAX coming up in September.

I said I refuse this ticket they told me I’m not allowed to and I’m not allowed to get a refund so if I don’t take the ticket I lose everything and again I lose the money I have for insurance I’ve lost the paid seats because they’ve changed my flight again I was told I don’t have to accept changes they’re telling me this is all my fault again I’ve put multiple calls multiple emails and no one will return my call so I’m asking for your help I have over $3,000 invested into this ticket and my time and my effort over 60 hours of on hold trying to get a hold of them trying to get some answers and it’s nothing but lies they passed me off to the next agent the next agent send me an email and I’m asking no I’m done you need to call me I got an email yesterday saying that they’ve got my email and they will be contacting me talking to me with an agent I gave him the times when I’m not at work.

Suggested solution:

In all honesty with the hell that they\'ve put me through I want my ticket with a 36-hour flight from Boston to Davao City 36 hour flight back with no 12-hour layo was no layover longer than 4 hours and only one for our layover I\'m not going to have them issue me a ticket with five four hour layovers no not happening this is the kind of things that ASAP tickets does and I told them since they\'ve screwed me over with all my time and money I want their company to pay for me in business class if not refund me $5,000 for all the time and effort I\'ve been putting in for this for the last 9 months trying to call you stay on hold get no answers all the frustration in the hell or like I said I will take this to court
