My complaint:

First my investment in this wild wonder of switching from one customer service person to another and not getting any satisfaction is $2123.90 cents. This price included what I was told an insurance plan (for the additional cost of $250.00), that guaranteed me I could change my trip agenda, meaning the length of or shorten my stay in Roxcas City (final destination) or Manila if I so needed before returning to the United States. I had planned as part of my required itinerary an important stop with and speak to a representative of the American Embassy before going on to Roxcas City PI. My first problem began when the Government Of the Philippines and their health department could not and has not provided a positive length of time that I would have to be in
quarantine before proceeding on my trip. The second problem started when Philippine airlines changed my proposed flight time from Roxcas City back to Manila. The third and first real difficulty was my initial ticket handler, a person named Stephen. He provide me a telephone number which he never answered until the last attempt. My desire was to change my departure time from Roxcas City a week later than originally planned. He said he would see what he could do and placed me on hold. THAT HOLE TIME was one hour and 47 minutes long. My second customer service person was a man named Richard. He told me the best thing he could do, was for me to call him when I reach Manila, HOWEVER it would cost me and additional $834.00 to change my flight agenda by staying a few extra days in Roxcas. Now what has really brought me to this bolding point is this. Korea Airlines sent me a message this morning and requested my ticket number. On the form that Korea Airlines sent to me there is a space, a block for that required airline ticket. I tried every number I could find on my flight information paperwork and nothing worked. I called ASAP customer service and received a man I could hardly understand, but he did provide me with some numbers that NEVER WORKED!! His last comment was to call Delta Air Lines which I tried and that didn’t work.
This attempt trip as far as I am concerned is a complete failure!! People like Stephen making promises and not keeping them, people who want additional $800.00 dollars to extent a trip by two weeks is a rip off. What these representatives don’t realize they made a big mistake not realizing or considering my statement about offering to pay for my friends in Roxcas City to pay for a trip to the United States and back on a Philippine Visitor’s Visa.
My date of departure from Jacksonville North Carolina iswas the 9th of November 2021, well within the prescribed rules for a total refund of at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure as written in ASAP documents.
.

Suggested solution:

No apologies!! A complete refund NOW of my $2123.90 investment and $283.95 for a insurance policy that doesn't work.
