Arvest Bank complaint: 40 minutes on hold and then their customer service rep Brittany hung up on me

My complaint:

I called because Square Merchant Service accidentally deposited almost $400 into a closed account. I was transferred 4 times from Sareta, Brianna, Jordan and then finally Brittany in Treasury Management who oversees ACH deposits. I was absolutely polite and never cussed. She said she couldn’t pull up the closed account. I told her that Jordan did and saw my account in the Customer Service department. She refused to contact the other department to find my account and said she just would not help. I told her that I had been on the call for over 40 minutes. She then hung up on me. This is HORRIBLE SERVICE. I have $400 I need to get as a small business owner and everyone was either passing the responsibility to someone else or finally worse, just hanging up on me and refusing to help.

Suggested solution:

They should help me find my $400 and make sure it gets returned to my Square Account. They should also apologize and they should make sure that special training and disciplinary action happens for Brittany! You don't just hang up on good customers. I have been with Arvest for about 15 years. You do not treat long term customers like this! I am so upset!!
