Arnotts Biscuits complaint: Missing biscuit

My complaint:

Hi l opened my biscuits to find one of them is missing

Suggested solution:

Sorry its not the cost its the principle as its in production if you miss one by how many are produced in a run that's a lot of biscuits..

Have a replacement pack will be appreciated
