please excuse my language in advance may the lord forgive me.

Regular high dollar billing errors Are constantly happening on my account most of the time I can get it resolved by going to your guys website and canceling the subscription or whatever dumb-a s chargee my account from you guys THIS WEEK. So I don’t usually pay it any mind because you guys are more often than not quick to resolve it. However as of late I found your customer service and your conflict resolution to be nonexistent and borderline criminal. There was a whole small charge up on you guys that allowed my bank account literally get drained overnight because my kid had my phone and was playing. Over $1200 on some random little game was gone out of my account overnight There was no interference no security No it’s flag no spending padded notification nothing from Apple wallet you guys just allowed my account to be drained. When I contacted you guys about what happened, I was bounced around more than a ping-pong ball between one customer service representative who, more often than not, barely spoke English and had no clue or AUTHORITY TO DO A FUCKING THIS about the issue I called them about. I cannot believe you employ so many people who’s job description is to literally answer the phone, say I’m sorry I don’t know, then transfer, hold, or hand up the call. Do you know how many times I got transferred hung up on or placed on hold? You know how many hours I sat on the phone getting bounced around from representative to representated each time having to explain my issue again to a representative that was supposedly supposed to be informed about my situation. SPECIFICALLY by the previous representative. LITERALLY OVER TWO DAYS SPENT ON HOLD.

I filed a claim 4 or 5 times and pleaded it with anyone who will listen Who is in one of the branch managers and every time they reassured me that the I will be filed and the money will be ly returned to my account. However every single refund claim I filed was DENIED!!??!?!! 1200 fucking dollars out of my account and Apple just said no!?!?!? I didn’t help it with all my my cards, my information and I feel you guys you realize it to your basket and let me twist in the wind. I had to contact charges with my bank In order to be in amount of money back. A few days ago a fraction of the money was returned to me (From my bank contesting the charges) They manage to recover about $700 on the $1200-$1500 that was a “accidently” embezzled from my account from Apple. That took almost 2 months.

I have a kid and a minimum wage job! You know what I had to do to compensate for those funds??????? Do you????

MOREOVER, the $700 that was placed into my account from my bank, no thanks Apple was dwindled down to 320 because of yet ANOTHER FUCING CHARGE FROM APPLE. A charge from apple.comUS put my account $470 in the negative. I’ve called 30 to 40 different Apple representatives and nobody even find a charge in my account. Anywhere in my Apple accounts, Subscription receipts(WHICH ARE BLOCKED OR SOMETHING BECAUSE I cannot access MY OWN RECORDS specifically on the date the transaction took place), it’s not in my iTunes, or Apple Pay, or wallet IT’S NOWHERE. THE TRANSACTION DID NOT LEAVE ANY RECEIPT OR TRACE IN MY ACCOUNT!?!? I could see them in my bank statement and even when I looked up my banking information they still could not find the transaction records in Apples system.
Despite that I was denied a refund again they told me they couldn’t do anything about it and to call my bank which is the is going to take another two months if I do that money at all. So basically you guys as fuck me for months of my life and thousands of dollars and it’s nothing I can do about it. I’m seriously considering filing a class action lawsuit against Apple for illegal business practices, Tampering with private and secure accounts, fraud, mas cyber terrorism, cyber theft, embezzlement, etc. On top of everything my previous Apple account doesn’t even work anymore because apparently getting a refund means Get it all media privileges from Apple remote none of my apps work my App Store doesn’t work my wallet doesn’t work you guys basically shut down half of my phone I still can’t get my wallet because of this bullshit.

You guys Don’t give two shitz about the customers. I’ve lost so much money with apple. Idk where it went but you stole it from my account and NO ONE IS BEING HELD ACCOUNTABLE. I WILL HAVE RETRIBUTION FOR THESE INJUSTICES. I WILL HAVE MY POUND OF FLESG FOR MY SUFFERING CAUSE ITS VERY CLEAR APPLE INTENDS ON DOING NOTHING ABOUT IT.

I want all my money returned to me Plus additional because of pain suffering and horrible inconvenience your negligence has caused me My Apple account Reinstated and a Documented report With Apple’s explanation of its illegal use of my bank accounts and it’s immoral treatment of my financial predicament And explanation for its refusal to return my money. About how I’ve been treated with Apple unethical and illegal business practices

•An explanation for apples transgressions in writing; FROM
APPLE SIGNED BY AN EXECUTIVE COMPANY REP.
•Compensation for emotional and financial strife incurred as direct result of apples transgressions
•My iCloud account fully reinstalled
