My complaint:
Sold me on a credit card telling me i would get miles for free trips and have the ability for a companion to fly for $99. Now telling me they can’t be used at the same time. Customer service tells me to read fine print HAHAHAHA, what a fucking joke.
Suggested solution:
miles, airfare, honoring the verbiage they used to get me to apply for a credit card.
