Adidas complaint: Extremely poor customer service

My complaint:

During Adidas.co.nz mid season sale, I purchased 3 shoes from their website on 13Mar20, and that’s where the nightmare began.

On the 17th of March I contacted them for the first time. They said the order will be shipped next day.

On the 20th of March. no dispatch. I contacted again, the guy told me the order will be sent this afternoon.

On the night of the same day. I contacted for the third time because it was still not dispatched. and they told me due to labeling issue, they will not be able to ship the order until next week.

24th of Mar. I contacted for the fourth time. Their customer service representative told me the order will be shipped today. I asked him to comfirm this as I was told they will send the order last week. and he replied Yes, he can , it’s being packed and will be on the courier soon.

29th of Mar, still no dispatch, I am starting to get really p!ssed. I sent a complaint letter to them via email. and here’s what I received next day. (with a lot of misspelled words):

06April which is today. No dispatch. I contacted again, and guess what? They told me my order has been cancelled due to stock shortage. I told him about the email that I received last week and he can do nothing but offer their worthless appologies. And soon after I ended our conversation. I received an email saying my order has been cancelled.

So I waited nearly a month and after all sort of lies and excuses, my order got cancelled.

Suggested solution:

I guess i will have to battle for another month before i can get my money back. I just want to let as many people to know how bad their customer service is.
