My complaint:
my Uber account id is ***** and i applied for Uber driver and Uber told me to get Vehicle Inspection done as all other things are ok on my account so i got it done but later they said my Background check failed without even any information and i called checker(who does BC for Uber) they said they have not done any background check under my name and they dont have any record ..and Uber is saying background check is failed..how come its failed when BC has not been done by the company checkr…i have spent money for Light vehicle inspection after ing from Uber ..and Uber is not even providing me any report mentioning BC was failed and not even doing anything for my account after several reminder from my side too.
Suggested solution:
i want my account to be active and they should provide report to me if there is any problem on which i can work
