My complaint:
I am writing to file a complaint against a sportsbook I personally use, 888Sport, that is acting in what I would have to consider an illegal manner.
After creating the account a few months ago, I provided all the documentation (driver’s license, utility bill, etc.) to verify my identity. When looking on their site all of this appears to be verified, however they recently froze my account and funds claiming it was not verified. I have tried contacting them multiple times to if they need me to send anything additional or if there was an issue with anything I have provided and the only response I have been able to get back from their support is some form of they will get back to me eventually and will not provide any timeline or explanation beyond that.
I have also tried asking them how I can file an official complaint and have been given no response from them as well, which seems intentional since I have always been able to get a response on their chat before mentioning this.
