My complaint:
I purchased 2 green Dot cards
1 for $500.00
2for $400.00
Suggested solution:
I received the money for the $500.00 back. and I still haven't received the money back for the $400.00. if you return that $500 how come I can't get my $400 back as well. I have sent pictures of both money pak and both of the receipts for both of the money pak cards.
