My complaint:
I make reservations for my husband to and from the dialysis clinic. I seen on my locator that he was at 7’11. I called the scat company whom told me to call dispatcher. I explained the situation that I keep him away from cigerrettes and it’s not helpful for the scat to take him to 711 before dialysis. My husband is COPD with oxygen. Dispatch said, maybe the driver or passenger had to use the bathroom. That would be an acceptable excuse, except they have no public bathrooms. I am pissed.
Suggested solution:
I want the driver to be aware that he cant drive them anywhere just because the passenger gives him 20.00 dollars under the table. There are consequences.
