My complaint:
This is the third time I went into Golden Chick and the employee that’s the cashier was very rude. I stood there for 20 to 30 mins waiting on my food. The cook finally asked what about the counter I said I guess they forgot about me the girl yelled rudely I’m fixing it now and spilled all my gravy inside my box I said I don’t want this all the gravy is in the box she grabbed it rudely and took them out and stuck them into another box and just added gravy to the bowl with gravy all on the outside of the bowl. I don’t like rude and disrespectful people so I will not be going back there it was my favorite place to eat when I go to Paris Texas. I live in Hugo Oklahoma I would make special trips just to go get chicken and the rolls from there but not anymore not around bitter people She wouldn’t fix my tea the last time I turned the tea thing around and fixed my own.
Suggested solution:
Investigate her. I don’t if it’s because I’m black or what but she was very friendly to the white people.
