My complaint:
Ok the front end manager talks to me like a child I feel like if she doesn’t like u u won’t get anywhere I’ve asked for a move from my position for a while and everyone else can move but I can’t I’ve been at Walmart for a year and a half I’ve busted my butt for them and I still get treated like a new employee I can’t move or anything this is wrong I’m tired of being treated like a kid I’m holding my tongue but it’s getting harder
Suggested solution:
A move out of my position to a different position is all I want where I get treated with respect from another manager
