My complaint:
Easyjet cancelled flight EZY2796 from FAO to MXP on 11012019, and gave a solution to take next day flight from LIS to MXP, whthout solution of trip from FAO to LIS and no accommodations. I need to pay TAP 268.91€ to take connecting flight FAO-LIS-MXP.
I have complained to EASYJET.COM but they said they provided a new flight and can’t pay any expense.
Suggested solution:
Paying 268.91€ of new flight and if possible two times taxi fare from and to airport.
