My complaint:
ordered a box set of where is waldo books for xmas,
The box for the set arrived empty-missing the books and magnifying glass
The empty box was returned to amazom.ca using their return label
I never recieived the books just another charge
So I paid twice $60.00 for books I never received
I told amazon that their fullfillment process failed to send out the complete purchase and then the post office failed to deliver the return
Ripped off by twice by amazon and postal automation and no one is apparently responsible just my visa card
I reported this to amazon but they obviously dont care about their prime membership

Refund $30
as I never got the 2 sets that I jhave been charged for
I got 1 set and a 2nd charge
