My complaint:

by Aug 11 I did process 2 tickets from ft Lauderdale fl to Veracruz Mexico, everything was beautiful Page was a wonderful agent helping booking my reservation V9LJJ0 . true United airlines, was a book and charge on our credit card, taking care of us at all times. suddenly last we did receive a cancelation of our flight and the nightmare starts right there, I already spend 3 days 4 hours each day , talking to different agents , an now no one answer on my calls. or give us a satisfaction on getting other reservation since it,s not our fault and give us a new flight reservation from Oct 9-16, basically we are with no reservations, no new information, no money back nothing from this company , we feel robed , disrespectfully treated like trash, with no answers . and no solution on the trust we had on this company and their employees , we have almost $ 900 dlls invested on nothing.

we had hotel booked , and plans on our trip and sick family there waiting for us. and nothing.

Suggested solution:

need this company to be fully responsible on giving new reservations on air tickets, or finally full refund on our money asap
