My complaint:
I bought a ticket for a car wash and when I went in the car kept reversing and the wash wouldn’t start. I was on neutral but the manager was watching and kept telling me I broke the car wash by reversing my car. The lady behind me noticed the issue I had. I asked the manager Jesse for help and he walked into the store. I then went in to get a new car wash and he was extremely rude and wouldn’t give me another car wash. He wouldn’t even service me and let others behind me in line walk ahead of me. Then the last behind me in the car wash came into the store and told Jesse that I never reversed because she would have seen the reverse headlights. Only then did he reluctantly wrote down a new 5 digit code on a piece of paper. But that didn’t work either so I wouldn’t be surprised if he just made that up to get me out of the store. I have posted a picture of the gentleman.
Suggested solution:
He should be disciplined accordingly for the anger he caused to a customer. I should also Receive some free car washes for that horrible treatment. In a 2020 world that needs more kindness That was very rude.
