complaint: No helpsupport reply for a month for helping me access My Account

My complaint:

For almost a month I have tried every way including tweeting Bob Ras (coinfield CEO), Reza Bashash (CTO), System updates@coinField and @coinFieldEX.
All of these AFTER going through the process of their Customer services. They gave me ‘ ticket numbers ‘ promised a reply from the team but Nothing!

All my personal information, my Passport, My Mobile number and My email account had been hacked so I had to change everything with everyone and purchase a new Passport.
I obviously know all my old details but I can no longer access them.
ALL other companies have been Very helpful BUT coinField have not and some of my hard earned money is in my Account with them.

I am now filing a complaint with complain.biz to warn others and try to get help
