My complaint:

Aug 21,2019 I tried to sign in to my online banking when it said my account has been temp suspended i went into the branch, after standing there for 2 hours I was told thy would get ahold of me within 2 to 5 business days , in that time I asked if there would be any issues with my direct deposit ! I was told no and just to come in with a form of I’d . there was a deposit made through e wallet of which I do not use so I said I wanted to send it to frauds . so after about 2 weeks I finally get a call they told me my account was closed. I then asked about my child tax becuase my 10 month old is on a special formula that I have to cover the cost for because my disability doesn’t cover it. I’d she doesn’t have the formula she will end up in emergency as she has a digestive problem. They were able to open my account and ask if I have got child tax in this bank since I aqos yes ams she seen I did n told me they can’t open the account to allow me access to the child tax . they did not try to help me or work with me in any way ! They treated me as if I was a nobody . I have 4 kids no family that can help and I truly don’t want my baby going through that again .nor having my 2 older kids missing school because of being at emergency till I can get my 10 month old her formula !
