My complaint:
On Saturday May the Fourth KENTUCKY DERBY DAY I WAS USING DELTA DOWNS WIFI … I DID NOT USE MY DIRECT EXPRESS SOCIAL SECURITY DEBIT CARD FOR ANY TRANSACTIONS WHATSOEVER ..AT THE RACETRACK K BROUGHT CASH TO PAY FOR EVERY THING …ie racing programs DRF … Food Drinks and race related bets .tips etc I used my Android Smart phone only for a Equibase Racing Application so I can get information faster than following the Drf program with useless statistics and tons of it while I was using this application my high speed internet was Slowed so I had to use the Casino wifi … And of course there was a Hacker there who hacked into my accounts and made numerous fraudulent charges to my Social Security disability account … finally DIRECT EXPRESS believed me and cancelled my card is sending me a new one Next Week with a printout so I can dispute the charges I DID NOT MAKE . HOWEVER IM COMPLETELY BROKE IT COULD TAKE MONTHS TO RECOVER STOLEN FUNDS ON TOP OF MY WINNING TICKETS DISQUALIFIED FROM THE KENTUCKY DERBY …..IM DISABLED SR CITIZEN AND CAN NOT WORK IVE SUPPORTED THAT Racetrack with over 8,000.00 in WINNING Tickets in 6 plus years with their Take out 24% all on exotic bets … I’ve never been comped one Red cent I’ve never complained when ticket cashier’s Deliberately printed up my tickets wrong But this is the last Straw that Broke my horses Back By Blocking my Internet Service to use their WiFi

I want a comp a free room for a night or a 100 dollars Bet tab or a free Ride there and Back with a Buffet ...oh I live less than 30 miles in lake Charles Louisiana ...But they\'ll Give free Bus Rides to and from San Antonio Texas and free Buffet and Bleep the local Residents Horseplayers Who Support their pockets
