I order table April 1 got a delivery date for May 18 they called the day before before delivery and said the tables was back order. I got a new delivery day n time which was 1:15-4:15 but expected delivery tube was 3:20-3:50,so at 4:00 I called the number and was told they was behind and the had just got to ticket 8 and I was 11. Delivery men got to my house about 6:30. Very very unprofessional first guy rung the door bell and walked away, second guy had the two small table base while on his cell phone coming in my house talking never spoke until after he sat the base on the floor went back out n was at the truck continuing to talk. Other two guys came n start putting the table together never put on shoe protector while stepping on my white rug. After assembly the tables they was wobbly n on guy said I could go to family dollar to buy something for the bottle of the tables…. really after I have paid them for these products to be right. Second guy said the tech guy can come out n play with the legs to get them from wobbly because you have to keep screwing them. So I’m thinking like isn’t this there job to make sure the product is put together correctly n right this is ridiculous n make me not want to get anything from Ashley they deliver people they contract in St. Louis is past terrible, very unsatisfied with the deliver guys work. 1-10 scoring delivery n assembly I have to give it an 0 Ashley Homestore
I would like for a tech to come out within 2days n fix the issue after waiting 2months n still not able to enjoy my table and better train these delivery people. Hire people that know what they are doing we as customers pay our hard earned money for stuff n we deserve to have it right.
