My complaint:

I have been a long time customer of Dish Network. Over 10 years in fact. Recently we have experienced several outages causing us to cancel our service. I never dreamed I would be mistreated because of cancelling…especially after being a loyal customer for so long. When I called to cancel I was told to uninstall my equipment, box it up, and ship it back. I have no idea how this equipment works or how it goes together. I had to call a couple of times for instructions…needless to say finally today I got it all in the box to be shipped. 12 hours later while I was at work I received an email from Dish saying I was billed 399 dollars for unreturned equipment!!!!!!!!!!!! I will never go back to dish in the future. If we ever decide to get cablesatellite again we will use any option other than Dish Network. You have lost a customer for life!
