My complaint:
Nine days ago Green Dot Customer support informed me that my account had been closed and a refund check would arrive in 8 – 10 business days. Today I called Customer Support and a balance still shows on my account. Customer Support now tells me I must wait another 2 weeks for the refund of my money. I am a retiree and was looking forward to RECEIPT of this check by now. Another TWO WEEKS is unacceptable. I want my MONEY.
Suggested solution:
Send Certified Cashier's check via FedEx overnight express to my mailing address: Edward Cripps, 7934 Carlton St, Norfolk, Va 23518. Use funds from my balance to FedEx this Cashiers check if needed
