My complaint:
The last 7 packs of cigarettes I have bought, the filters have snapped off of the cigarette resulting in me having to throw away the majority of my cigarettes. I don’t have a photo as I’ve had to throw away the majority of them and never thought to take a photo but if when I experience this again I will take a picture and send in.
Suggested solution:
Check the quality of your cigarettes, reimburse my cigarettes.
