My complaint:

We get insurance cover for central heating boiler from Halifax bank. Halifax book repair with APS(Action Property Service) about month ago. In mean time We have booked(with APS) about four appointments and no one time engineer turn up to fix problem.
I can’t believe how bad is that APS !
I am today siting home and waiting for the fifth time and how look like no one will turn up today to….
