My complaint:

This is to inform you that i have requested for my refund in month of August 2019. Customer care executive told me that i will get it in 30 business days. I have called many times at your customer care every time they said that the refund has been processed on 25.08.2019. On 14.10.2019 i again called at your customer care executive told me that they have received an error message for refund on the same day i.e. 25.08.2019. Now my question is i have called at your customer care 10 times then why they have not told me that refund has not been processed due to error message. Also if you have received error message then why you have not processed the refund again by yourself. Why you are making fool to your customers why you are wasting our energy time.

Desired solution:

I want my refund on priority basis.
