Complaint: Refuses to exchange a faulty cartrige

My complaint:

I bought 2 cartriges for Canon Pixma 2550, one color Xl and one Blackberry XL. The receipt had a voucher and I used IT in another Dunnes store. I wasn’t given back that receipt. when I wanted to use the cartreges, the black showed only a think liber, like IT was used already. I went to the store where I used the receipt with the voucher that I was not givene back, and I was told to fi ți the Dunnes store where I purchased the item because they didn’t have the XL. I asked them to give me back the receipt and I was told the store where I purchased the cartrege can print IT and they should ne able to exchange it. I went to that store and the manager refuses to exchange it without the receipt, stating he cannot print it.
