My complaint:
Bought bed thinking i had 100 days to try the bed. My wife had a stoke shortly after purchase. When i called to return the bed, they said i had to keep the $1800 frame. The frame is not returnable.After complaining more they said the cost to return would be $500. After another phone call they said it would cost me $776 to return the bed. In small print in the contract stated the $1800 frame could not be returned The sales person said i could try the bed free for 100 days.
Suggested solution:
I think when they said $500, i know the pick up and delivery cost them some thing. I would be satisfied with with the $500.
