My complaint:

I ordeted a set of beats headphones on March 5th. There has been no track8ng info since order. When I click on item to check stays I get a message that item doesn’t exist. I was refunded for shipping because it was taking so l8ng to deliver. They will not refund me until the middle of June if I still haven’t recd. That mean I have to wait 312 to 4 mo for a full refund. What other company would take 4 mo bro refund you. I have ordered enough from wish to know when an item will not be coming. My money is in wish’s bank acct earning interest instead of my bank acct earning interest. When I go to my order and click on item in question I get error message that item is not found. I knew 23.. Was to good to be true for the price. Wish was awesome 2 yrs ago bit now when ordering its ALWAYS a roll off the dice if u will ever receive item……i just want a full refund, as a loyal customer, in a timely fashion. Also when u have issue you get computer generated responses that don’t answer questions u ask. I’m not being difficult by thinking 4 months is to long to wait for an item that’s been paid for. Wish advertises lower prices I if u can wait 2 for delivery. Also the option of tracking item is NEVER accurate. Please help….
