My complaint:
Wish say item was deliverd 10th March 2021 i contacted the courier to dispute this and was advised to contact the seller which i did they continue to say the item was posted theough the letterbox which i advised them was impossible because of the package size i asked them for proof of delivery no response after at least 4 occasions . I have no product and no return of payment just ignore me
Suggested solution:
Refund my payment and compensate for the inconvenience
