My complaint:

On April 1 95.00 was taken out of my account going somewhere in Texas and i called and tried to put a stop to the transaction and nothing, i get ssi on my card and some how my money just went missing and inspite of trying to dispute the transaction rush card texted me and said someone would contact me in 24hours and its been over a month and still nothing
