Cash App complaint: I was scammed and havent gotten a response in 2 weeks.

My complaint:

I just got scammed. Someone posing as a cash app rep disconnected my phone number from my account. I had 301 left in my account. My account in $jxxx. Please assist!! The number i called was 855xxxxxxcc and they had me forward a message. I asked them to Please assist! Days later after 3 more emails

Then I’ve followed up, no response. I sent the complaints immediately and i have been completely ignored.

I also expressed concern because my direct deposit is on my tax info and I dont want my stimulus check sent there….yet again no response.

Suggested solution:

They should reply to me as well as restore me a new account with my previous $301 .
