My complaint:

I’ve had a holiday booked through Southall Travel to which I informed them in plenty of time that the date I had booked would have to be changed thery said at the time this is no problem but I would have to pay a totally of £155 per person to change it …. thought a little expensive but agreed … a month later I phoned to pay but then the nightmare came the forefront as they said to change it now I would have to pay a total of 595 per person how ridiculous was that !!!! I told them this but they just wouldn’t have it and said you pay or lose your holiday …. I was devastated… I’ve tried since to renogiate but there having none of it and have left me in a devastating position .

Would love to continue with my holiday booked for 11th August 2019 boarding at Heathrow to goa. But feel This simply won’t hapoen as I’m dealing with a management team who just won’t listen and unhelpful.
