My complaint:

I had a issue with my moneypak so called customer service and was informed my money was to go on card in 15 min so to say it never showed up on my card but the money Pak was used…also when I called them they refused to help me and gave me two numbers for the corporate office…now I still don’t have my money and the two numbers they gave me either hang up or is continuously busy signal…this now make 200 I have lost yesterday..I also put in a form as requestion on help on y my mom was not there and have yet to hear from them…they are theifs and someone needs to take this company down

Suggested solution:

All I want is my money back the one that still has 100.00 on it that could not b used and the 100.00 that was supposedly put on my debit card that really was not in the total of 200.00
