My complaint:
I paid in full($45400.00), in addition to $5,000 for quartzite, to this company for the installation of quartzite counter tops and back splash. In addition, as per contracted, remaining quartzite slab is be delivered to me.
Job incomplete!!! Phone calls to company never returned!!!
Poor customer service, I think they are a fraudulent business dealings, and unprofessional.
Suggested solution:
completion of installation and delivery of remaining quartzite slab to my home.
