My complaint:
Turbotax sent green dot everyone’s stimulus check an they have sent our money to some green dot account that we have no knowledge of. When you call to asked them about it they hang up on you!! So rude and disrespectful! I demand a reason on why they have our money and we don’t have the so called card it’s been deposited on. Our last stimulus was sent to our bank account, therefore green dot has no reason to be involved with our money! I feel like this is some kind of fraud!
Suggested solution:
Give us our money!!! That's ALL the Turbotax clients money that you have sent to some account we don't know. Another thing, teach your representatives how to talk to people, be patient and understanding in situations that has nothing to do with them but the person they are speaking with!
