Fido Mobile complaint: letter of demand to restore my services and adjust my account balance

My complaint:

i have been a loyal customer for 10 years now. you keep adding bogus charges such as suspension fees even though my services were not suspended. also, you charged me for 1.5gb add ons i never added on. also, my services never work properly. you put me on a deferred payment plan and the service rep told me i have to make a minimum of $63.38 for my deferred payment plan to keep my services alive but you shut my services despite me paying you $106 for deferred payment plan plus my regular monthly plan. you kept altering and changing my monthly fees without my consent and refused to reimburse me for services and prices i never agreed to. when i call to fix the issue you put me on long waiting times, keep transferring me from one department to another, then refuse to fix your own mistakes

Suggested solution:

they immediately restore my services, and adjust my account by removing all suspension and late fees. only charges on my account should be from monthly usage plus my device fees. i will not pay the current amount of 600 something dollars they want
