My complaint:

I was emailed by Paparazzi saying that I have violated a rule and my account will be canceled immediately without reconsideration. I explained my issue because I was unaware of the policy nor did I have any intention of violating any paparazzi policy. I I told them I would fix it immediately since I was not given a warning. In addition they stated I would never be able to re-enroll. Not only is the decision unfair it is completely cruel in the actions that are being taken. In this country people are innocent until proven guilty. Not being given a chance to defend the action they accuse me of is completely unfair. According to section 11.5 it states that after a period of 12 months weather voluntary or involuntary oneself will be able to re-enroll in 12 months time. They have denied me to be able to do this with no logical explanation.
