The Giving Brush complaint: Didn’t receive item

My complaint:

In December 2017 I ordered 3 toothbrushes and so far I haven’t received them. I exchanged several emails about this issue with the Giving Brush team. At first they were very responsive and kind, but lately they only answer back to me when I insist and they don’t seem to be able to inform me and solve the problem. I have received another item from the same company, and despite the fact I’m not completely satisfied with it, all went well with the delivery time. One year later I still don’t know what happened to my first order and why is it taking so long to solve it. I already asked for a refund, but I still haven’t received my money back.

Suggested solution:

I have been told to wait, to be patient, to give another shipping address, etc, and I followed all the suggestions the Giving Brush team gave me. Now, one year after I placed my order, I just want to be refunded.
