My complaint:

Hi, I had recently started playing on a casino website called Jesters Win. I had gotten a free $20 play bonus and won over $500, I played through my required playthrough and cashed out with $500, and they accepted and asked for proof of ID, my Utility bill for proof of address on website, and SSN to be accepted and to prove I was who I say I was. They accepted and told me 5-12 business days to complete and send to my bank account. I requested that on 5092019. My 5-12 business days had passed and I emailed them and asked why I havent gotten my money and they responded with according to our area in charge, your pending payout will be processed next week. They have said this for 2 weeks now, and haven’t responded back to me and have all my information.. they have violated their own terms and conditions.
