My complaint:

I frequent this location for lunch and sometimes with co workers.There was a new employee taking orders on Thursday.. I believe her name tag said, Bella. Very friendly, polite, and quite funny. I am making a complaint against the manager on duty. Very rude and came off short tempered. Displayed a poor and unprofessional attitude.The employee at the registered seemed to be receiving quite a bit of attitude and unprofessionalism from this manager.I asked for this manager’s name before I left. I believe it is Carey. It did appeared she was giving this peculiar employee a hard time. Completely unacceptable behavior of a manager.

Suggested solution:

The manager should be trained properly on employee and customer service. I do not know the history with the manager and the employee. But, I believe there needs to be an investigation or discussion.
