My complaint:

I was trying to place an order with uber eats and tried to cancel an unfinished order but little did I know that the order still went through after seconds of cancelling it. I called the pizza shop that received my order and they said that they have not received the order yet as of that time I spoke with them. Now I received an unwanted order because I cannot reached anyone from the customer service and the help didnt help me at all. Even the promo code didnt apply on the order.

Suggested solution:

No refund no discount unsastisfied.
