I bought the cooker through Argos. The outer door glass has broken and shattered and have contacted Argos and bush direct to try and source a new one which I was willing to pay for but they have no record on their systems of the model number and there fore I can’t get the part the cooker is only Just three years old but yet they are not supplying parts for it to be repaired. Cookers are meant to last longer than three years and considering it cost close to £500 I find this appalling. I also asked what would be the outcome if was still in warranty and they said they don’t cover glass damage. So your buying an expensive product which they have no means to repair.
They should be making parts or have means to make parts for products they produce for at least the average life span of the appliance which for a cooker of that price should be longer than three years
