Binance complaint: Account has been disabled and locked

My complaint:

My Binance account which was created in 2017 has been disabled and locked and I am unable to access it. I have not violated any of the terms of Binance.

Last month I sent al of the verification details which included my Passport ID my Video with the ID’s and all the things that Binance asked to complete the verification process and till date the account is still locked and disabled.

I have tried endless times contacting the chat support however its not available most of the times and it connects only to the BOT support and only for once it connected me to a real agent.

Agent said that he can verify the account manually and I need to send the verification details in chat now. So I gave all the verification details which included the Passport ID and my verbal ation video that its my Binance account requesting for unlocking of my account.

However when I gave all of my info he transferred me to a BOT. The entire case is mentioned under this Case ID 73224047. This is so frustrating and scary when I gave all of the personal info and still no further action taken by the Binance.

Suggested solution:

Please someone look into this Case ID 73224047 and help me in unlocking and enabling my account asap. ``

We need to come together and raise awareness as this seems to me of fraudulent!

My withdrawal is suspended due to risk management(!?)

We need to gather as many people and open a class action lawsuit
