My complaint:

I did a mobile deposit over a year and a half ago. The deposit was for 1110.94. Fidelity froze my account and told me to get a letter from the gentleman who wrote the check over to me. So I got the letter with the signature and it wasn’t good enough. Then they wanted something called a signature guarantee after I got the letter for Fidelity. I spoke to the gentleman again and asked him to do the signature guarantee and he got mad at me cause it didnt make since to him why this signature guarantee is needed after he wrote a letter with his signature on it. Now it’s 2019 and I have 1113.68 now. I told Fidelity that I want to close my account and they wont. Please help?
