My complaint:
Ordered car side delivery at speight waco location. Waited for 30-35min after it was “completed” and had to go inside the store. Alot of people on their phone who couldve easily found and handed me my order. By the time i finally got my food, they handed it to me and said “sorry it might be a little cold”. I understand they were busy but this was so brutal. They forgot the icing and marinara too so I had to go back and get that. Furthermore, I havent seen cinnatwist this bad ever.
Suggested solution:
Make sure it doesn't happen again is all I can really ask for. I am a regular customer and was very dissatisfied
